Shipping Information

I ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei.

MALAYSIA

All bags, wallets, wristlets, etc will be sent by Poslaju.

Please note that postage cost is NOT INCLUDED in the price.

Approximate costs are as follows:

Peninsula Malaysia: RM8 for small items, RM15 for bigger bags

Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 for small items, RM40 for bigger bags

Items in Hand
Depending on destination and upon receipt of full payment, the bags should take between 2 days to 4 days to reach.

Ordered Items
For items that needs to be ordered, it should take approx. 10 - 14 working days to reach Malaysia. I will then mail to bag to you by Poslaju.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at an extra cost. Please email me for further details on the cost and time frame.

You will be given the Poslaju tracking number.

Insurance
Insurance is available upon request and is highly recommended. I will NOT be responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged.

Customs Duty, etc
All customs duty, tax, etc will be borne by the BUYER.

* Please note that the delivery time frames are only approximates. You could receive your item either sooner or later depending on the post office and/or customs. I cannot be held responsible for customs and/or postal delays which are beyond my control. Appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Payment

Items in Hand
Please bank in the FULL amount or you can also opt for 2 monthly installments. Please note that if you opt for the monthly installments, your item will only be mailed to you after completion of your installments (full payment). I will provide u details of my account via email.

Items Not in Hand
For items that need to be ordered, please bank in 70% of the total amount to confirm your order. The balance of 30% is to be paid once your item reaches Malaysia and is ready to be mailed to you. You will be notified when you item is here. Please note that I will only post the item to you after I receive the remaining 30%.

*Please email me proof of your payment so that I can confirm receipt.

For online banking, please copy the successful transaction record and email it to me.

For ATM deposit, please scan or take a digital photo of the deposit slip and email it to me.

Please note that the Bank’s online system does not notify me of the identity of the payor and as such, I require individual proof of payment.

Credit card payments
Please note that I only accept payment by credit card for items above RM1,000. Please also note that there is a 4.5% surcharge on all credit card payment.
